Purchasers who will attend the 11/4 or 11/11 CJAS meetings do not need to use the online order form; just do it all in-person at the meeting where our helpful staff can assist you. Instructions:
- Enter your name and e-mail address in the form below.
- Choose the design you want on your shirt from the choices above, and select your choice in the form below.
- Find which type of shirt you want from the Product Catalog, and select it in the form below. Note: Prices listed in the drop-down box are for CJAS members. Non-members must pay an additional $2.
- Choose which color shirt you want out of the available colors for your specific style (again, listed on the Product Catalog). Warning: Make sure you look at the correct style; the color choices change drastically depending on your pick. Fill in the text box with the name of your color. Note: Non-white shirts cost an additional $2.50.
- Choose your shirt size. Note: XXL shirts cost an additional $4, and XXXL shirts cost an additional $5.
- Choose the number of shirts you want to order. Please realize that this quantity refers to the exact shirt specified in your form. If you want two different types of shirts, you need two different forms.
- Make sure everything is correct and submit the form. Orders must be received by 11:59PM on Wednesday, 11/15. T-shirts will be given out at marathon on 12/2.
