Mario World AMV-type thing

Postby SoxMike » Wed Oct 22, 2008 3:38 pm

Diego requested that I post this on the forum:

Some guy with way too much time on his hands and a Super Mario world level editor decided to make a massive, 11-minute anime music video by syncing sound effects from the game with an anime medley.

Here is what I believe to be the original version.

Here is either a newer version or just an awesome third-party edit that has vocal overlays (which helps in identifying some tunes.

Anyway, it's epic.

That was indeed epic, and I especially enjoyed "Final Fantasy" (either that or Fire Emblem, I can't tell) playing towards the end.
"I love it when Masaaki Endoh shouts things. Attack names in particular, but he could shout just about anything and I'd be happy. When my mother passes, I want Endoh to deliver the news, so instead of getting sad I get really pumped about it."

Yep, that was definitely the Nico Nico Douga Kumikyouku mix. And that video was epic!
*sigh* Dispatched, in mankind's darkest hour, we are Knights of the Blue Flame.
