All bridesmaids should be at Carol's house by 7 A.M. with clean, dry hair and wearing button-down shirts. The make-up and hair artists will arrive at 7:15 to begin work on hair and make-up for all bridesmaids and the bride. When you are not being worked on, be sure to get something to eat, since you probably won't eat again until the reception (though one of us will be in charge of stocking limo with food for between-event-snacking). All bridesmaids will be dressed in blue bridesmaid dress by 11:40 A.M..
- 11:45 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
Lawrence and the other groomsmen will arrive in the limo at Carol's house to pick up Carol and the bridesmaids. Lawrence will present Carol with a bouquet, and then Carol and Lawrence will perform a ceremonial bow before Carol's parents before leaving the house. After this has been done, Carol and bridesmaids will leave with the men to Lawrence's house and the tea ceremony. Ladies, take everything you might need, because you will not be coming back to this house until much later in the evening. At Lawrence's house, the tea ceremony will take place. During the tea ceremony, the bridesmaids will be spectators and will not really have any active roles.
- 12:30 P.M. to 12:45 P.M.
By 12:30, the tea ceremony should be wrapped up, and Carol will get into her bridal gown and headpiece at this time, with the help of the bridesmaids. The florist will drop off all personal flowers (bouquets for ladies, wreaths and flower balls for flower girls, and boutenniers for men) at 12:30 P.M. to Lawrence's house.

The wedding mass takes place. (Please don't lock your knees--not that you'll be standing a whole lot.) Read up on the ceremony so you know what to expect. Oh, and remember to breathe. (Passing out during the ceremony would be such a faux pas!)

Take any photos Duke may wish to have us take at the church.
- 3:45 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
The bridal party should be traveling to the reception site in the limo.
- 4:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Carol and Lawrence will be taking a ridiculous number of family photos during this time. Bridesmaids should work in conjunction with Tammy and other family/friends/groomsmen to set up reception site, make sure everything is ready, and help seat guests as they arrive.
- 5:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
The reception will begin with speeches, toasts, etc. Tammy will be the MC for the evening. The maid of honor and best man are required to make toasts of course, but the microphone will be open to any other guests who wish to say a few words. Feel free to write Oscar-Award-Ceremony worth speeches, ladies. Food should be served beginning at 6 P.M., so eat, drink, and be merry. At around 7 P.M. (this time subject to change), Carol will be changing into her Korean dress (the han-bok) and will need the help of bridesmaids do successfully make the transformation from glowing-white-bride-a-la-the western world to a bride of the Asian Persuasion. After this, your duties are more or less over. Congratulate yourselves for a day's work well done.
