Please note that there are a lot of events on this itinerary. It is very important that the schedule is adhered to, in order for the day to be a success. Punctuality on the part of everyone involved will be greatly appreciated.
Look for your name and check and see what your role is! (It's probably not a bad idea to know what everybody else is doing either, so as not to be taken by surprise.)
Carol Kim
In case you weren't sure, Carol is the bride. She will be marrying Lawrence on this day. She probably doesn't want to worry about anything (believe me, she's done more than enough of that) and will be concentrating intently on not crying and/or giggling hysterically at or through the ceremony, so try not to bother her with stuff on this day.Lawrence Eng
As aforementioned, Lawrence is the one marrying Carol the Bride, so it follows that he is the groom. He too has been doing all kinds of work prior to the wedding (mostly trying to help Carol keep as even-keeled as possible), so it's highly probable that he doesn't want to be bothered with weird little details either. Here she is--aside from Carol and Lawrence, Tammy could possibly become the most popular person at the wedding. Why? Because she is the coordinator! That's right--if you have a problem, this is the person to see. She will either have an answer for you, or she will direct you to the person who does have an answer for you. Tammy will be the one giving cues at the ceremony, directing the "helpers" in clearing the church and setting up reception, and on top of all that, she will MC the reception too! Wonder Woman in the flesh (ask her to do her impersonation of WW if you haven't seen it yet--it's great. ^_^)In order of appearance...
Fr. Alex Kim
Fr. Alex is the officiant for the wedding. He is the pastor at St. Thomas Korean Catholic Center, and has known Carol since she was knee-high to a toadstool. He's awfully nice. Say hi when you get a chance.Phillip Kim
Phillip is Carol's youngest brother and will be an altar server during the wedding mass.Karen Eng
Karen is Lawrence's eldest sister. Karen will be reading the first reading (from Song of Songs) at the ceremony.Anita Eng
