Threat!!  The Giant Monster Sphere Fogler!
The City of Shanghai is Immersed in Flames!!


The Giant Monster Sphere Fogler moves to assail mankind's last fossil fuel-
producing region, the Shanghai Oil Field.  Under Taisou's initiative, the
Experts of the International Police Organization move to stop them there!
Using the Electromagnetic Net Wire Maker, which is unaffected by the Minus
Shizuma Drive, they try to halt Fogler!!

However, Daisaku and Robo were not to be seen there.

By Chief Chuujou's order, they had been unavoidably withdrawn to Ryouzanpaku.
As though mocking the Expert's efforts, Fogler forges through the air, tinted
black by the darkened world around.

And arranged in an attempt to catch it, the Electromagnetic Net Wire Makers.

However, the B.F. agent Ivan and his servant robot Uraenus have made their
move, and begun the destruction of the Makers.

What will become of the International Police Organization's desperate gamble?
What will be the fate of its Experts?!
