In the Ruins of Shanghai, the Boy's Sorrow Unfolds...

The miraculous Giant Monster Sphere Fogler, receiving a punch from Giant Robo
with total indifference, continues to advance!  Most of the Electromagnetic
Net Wire Makers being counted on are destroyed, the Experts of the
International Police Organization, faced with the prospect of even losing Robo,
have no choice but to enact a retreat.  But, not wasting the opportunity,
Albert and the Experts of the B.F. Organization attempt to destroy them all
at one blow!!  Now, to protect the only hope left for the world, Daisaku and
Robo, Youshi the Blue Faced Beast, Issei Doujin, and Taisou confront the
assassins at the risk of their very lives!
