The Eletromagnetic Net Wire operation fails, without regard for the sacrifice
of Taisou and Youshi the Blue-Skinned Beast, the leaders of everyone's hearts.
Now, the International Police Organization has even lost Robo, ending up
scarred throughout.  Amidst this crisis, Chief Chuujou gathers the last
remaining ability to fight, and according to plan decides to engage the final
battle over the fate of the world!  However, Daisaku, along with Giant Robo,
still unconscious from the shock of falling amidst the snowy mountains, has
fallen into Genya's hands.  Within his dreams, Daisaku relives his first
meeting with Giant Robo, and his father's death.  Will Ginrei and Tetsugyuu
endeavor to save him, even if the fight could mean their death?!
