Story

Summer has come to that town.

A young man, who manipulates a puppet.
Only two children watch him.
The young man's performance is too boring to attract an audience.
The children lose interest and scurry off.

The young man is a traveler.
He carries two companions with him.
A worn out puppet that comes to life without a single touch.
A promise from the distant past imposed upon him by one with "the gift."

A girl, who approaches him to talk.
She laughs innocently in a friendly way.
The encounter with this girl is the beginning of his life in this land.

The days flow gently, surrounded by the spectacle of summer.
He meets with the girls again and again under the sunlight.
The summer extends forever in every direction.
Beneath the vast azure sky.
The girl waits, beneath that sky.
