In this episode, we are first introduced to Misuzu's quirky gao speech pattern. In Japanese, gao is the sound of a roar, like that of a lion or dinosaur.
As you may have noticed, I talk with a kansai accent. That is, an accent spoken by people in the Western areas of Japan. They are often stereotypically associated with loudness or rudeness.
When Misuzu says that she is in a pinch, she uses the -chin suffix. It is simply a cuter, more childish version of the -chan suffix. A literal translation would have been "Cute little Misuzu is in a pinch."
Ramen is essentially a Japanese dish with thin noodles in a soup base with various ingredients such as eggs, soy sauce, fish cake(naruto) and green onions. A ramen set is a bowl of ramen that is also served with some things on the side, such as fried dumplings(gyoza).
When Misuzu holds up her two fingers, it is not a peace sign that she is making. It is actually a "V" sign, short for victory and is used to indicate that she is alright.

Oh yeah... Misuzu has a 'Japanese people use these' note on her map, with a picture of someone using chopsticks. It is a pun on the Japanese pronunciation of chopsticks (hashi), which is the same pronunciation as bridge. So yeah, she's just saying there's a bridge there.
